Versatile Fury HS400 is a heavy-duty, 40-foot high-speed disc designed for high-efficiency, one-pass residue management and seedbed preparation.
Features 22-inch notched front blades, 22-inch plain (smooth) rear blades, and a 24-inch heavy-duty cage roller.

Blade & Hub Details:
Front Blades: 22" x 1/4" notched boron steel blades. The notched design aggressively captures, chops, and sizes heavy crop residue.
Rear Blades: 22" x 1/4" plain/smooth boron steel blades. These blades lift, mix, and level the soil to eliminate any ridges.
Blade Angles: The front blades operate at a 17° angle with a 20° pitch, while the rear blades run at a 15° angle with a 20° pitch. This aggressive pitch compound angle delivers maximum soil disturbance and residue burial.
Hub Bearings: Maintenance-free Hub 40 double-roller bearings with 6 mounting bolts and advanced seal technology. They require zero grease throughout their lifespan.
Machine Structure & Finishing Tools:
Cage Roller: Equipped with a 24-inch diameter round-bar rolling basket/cage roller. It is ideal for dry or non-sticky conditions, breaking clods, conditioning, and firming the seedbed.
Independent Arm Suspension: Each blade is individual-mounted on a rubber torsion arm. This allows the disc to follow ground contours and safely flex over rocks without cracking the steel.
Full Float Frame: Built on a 3-section folding frame constructed of heavy 8" x 4" x 0.5" main steel tubing. The wings flex independently to maintain an even working depth across rolling hills.
Tires & Hitch: Heavy-duty 600/50R22.5 high-flotation radial tires minimize field compaction. It features a single-point hydraulic depth control system and a Category 4 or 5 pintle hitch
